SWR is now managing the entire waste contract for The Langham, London, a renowned 5* luxury hotel in London.
SWR specialises in the hotel and catering sector and has been appointed to manage all of the hotel’s waste. Under the new waste contract SWR intends to raise recycling levels from the current rate of 35 percent to an impressive 75 percent over the first year of the contract and in the process realise significant reductions of The Langham’s waste spend.

The Botleng Wastewater Treatment Plant services the town of Delmas in the Mpumulanga Province in South Africa. Delmas lies 60 km east of Johannesburg and has a population of approximately 92,000. Botleng is one of two wastewater treatment plants (WTPs) in the town, the other being the Delmas town WTP. In England tonight, more than 500 people will sleep rough on the streets and a further 50,000 will sleep in homeless hostels. Broadway, the London homelessness charity, has launched “Homes For Phones”, an innovative campaign which encourages people to donate their unwanted mobile phones to raise much needed funds.
